Shipping policy
Every MUÈLAN order is carefully prepared and quality inspected before shipment.
Order processing takes place Monday through Friday.
If you ordered on Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day (which is the following Monday).
Please allow 7–10 business days for all orders to be processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. After shipment, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Processing and shipping times are separate. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, pre-orders, restocks, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be subject to slight delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Please review your items, lengths, quantities, and shipping information carefully before placing your order. Once processing begins, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

CARRIER DELAYS & DELIVERY
Once your order has been transferred to FedEx or USPS, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and timelines.
MUÈLAN is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
MUÈLAN is also not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or incorrectly delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the applicable carrier directly to begin an investigation or claim.
