BEFORE INSTALL · ALL TEXTURES

• Co-wash or cleanse extensions before installation.
• Use sulfate-free, moisturizing products.
• Follow with a hydrating or moisturizing conditioner/mask.
• Gently detangle from ends to roots.
• Allow hair to air dry or blow dry using low heat.

If you selected our pre-shipment wash service, your extensions will arrive freshly washed and prepared for installation.

 

CURLY HAIR MAINTENANCE

• Co-wash every 5–7 wears, or as needed.
• Use moisturizing, curl-friendly products.
• Deep condition regularly to maintain softness and hydration.
• Detangle while damp and conditioned, working from ends to roots.
• Minimize excessive manipulation to help reduce frizz and preserve the curl pattern.
• Allow curls to air dry whenever possible.

 

IMPORTANT · CURLY TEXTURES

Extensions are shipped in their natural state should be co-washed before installation to restore moisture and help reactivate the curl pattern after packaging.

For best results, avoid brushing or detangling curly extensions while dry.

STORAGE

  • Store your extensions in a clean, dry place when not in use.
  • Ensure hair is completely dry before storing.
  • Avoid unnecessary friction to help maintain softness, smoothness, and texture definition.
  • Never store extensions while tangled or damp.
